There's a cute circle cut with Ruffle detailing and half circle buttons.
Size: 3T (the tag is missing- but that's my guess)

Overall a very cool item

There are a few spots on the front, they may or may not come out,
not sure- haven't tried.
This was mine from when I was a kid and found it in an old trunk.
