Peltro Pewter Purple Velvet MADONNA Plaque 9” Tall Vintage Made In Italy (AA2-4)

This is from my grandmother's estate collection. Absolutely beautiful pewter Madonna on purple velvet with a metal trim on a wood plaque. I'm not sure of my types of woods but this is a dense wood feels like Walnut.
Madonna has a year 1830 on the base as seen in the picture that is not the Year this was made. This looks to be vintage 1960s 1970s
