Miniature Plaque Our Lady of Czestochowa VERITAS Poland w/Carry Case & FREE Card

It is a lovely vintage miniature plaque in shield format, of Our Lady of Czestochowa, Patroness of Poland. It comes in its original silk lined carry case, manufactured by 'Veritas' Warsaw, Poland- which information may be read on the upper inner lining of the brown leatherette carry case.
There are also two hallmarks on the reverse center of the plaque, indicative of its high silver, if not sterling content.
The plaque measures approx.2 1/2“ long, 2 1/4“ wide; the box is 3 1/4“ by 2 5/8” by 7/8“ thick. The plaque is graded in extremely fine condition, the carry case shows a bit of light wear. This is a vintage piece, circa 1950s in age, if not older. A FREE full color post card size card of Our Lady of Czestachowa (the Black Madonna of Poland) comes with the purchase of the plaque.
