MARTIN LUTHER REFORMATION BRONZE WALL PLAQUE MADE in WEST GERMANY

For your consideration is this very unusual MARTIN LUTHER REFORMATION BRONZE WALL PLAQUE MADE in WEST GERMANY.
The casting measures 5 1/2” x 4 1/2” and is mounted on a piece of finished oak wood that measures 7” x 5 1/2” x 3/8”. It is engraved on the back of the wood “Made in West Germany”. I carefully removed the casting looking for more information and found again “Made in West Germany” convincing me that it was made together. I researched the Internet and completed listings on eBay and found nothing exactly like it. Maybe you might know what you’re looking at. I hope you like it.
