All Coin and Bullion purchases will ship within (2) Business days. Due to additional Safety & Security policies, Orders for Bullion products cannot be processed same day.
All packages valued over 0  are shipped with Signature Confirmation required.
Tracking Numbers are uploaded to eBay as orders are shipped. You will receive an automated Ship Notification email message from eBay with Carrier and Tracking information when the Order has shipped.
Estimated or Guaranteed Delivery Dates are provided at the time your Order when placed. Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, shipping method and service level.
Insurance
All shipments are insured for their full value while in transit to the Destination Address. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact us through eBay messaging in order to initiate a Claim.

Bullion coins and rounds listed; "buy it now" or "auction" are Non-Returnable - Coins categorize as "bullion" are not subject to return or exchange. Sales of all such bullion coins shall be final unless there is a listing product or description error. Approved returns must be returned in 7 Days due to market volatility.
Numismatic Return Privilege
- You may return any numismatic coins you order from us, in their original holders, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, unless you are otherwise notified at the time of the sale. Carefully inspect and evaluate your coins during this period. To receive a refund or exchange, you must return your numismatic coin order to Diamano, registered and insured via the U.S. Postal Service, in the same condition when shipped, within 14-days of receipt.
Buyer must follow all instructions provided by our Returns Terms, including carefully packaging the product. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the risk of loss during the return shipment as part of the return. Diamano reserves the right to reject any returns that does not comply with these requirements.
