Since the company's birth in 2007, our mission at Diamano Jewelry has always been a tradition of trust, high ethical standards, knowledge of our jewelry and services, fair pricing and value to our customers. Designed and handcrafted in-house at our state-of-the-art jewelry design studio in Pasadena California, our talented team of designers and craftsmen work in harmony to bring each creation from a concept to reality.
Our Jewelry Making Process
Using 3D CAD Design, we turn an inspiration into a rendered 3D image. We then 3D Print our model, which will be needed to cast into the desired precious metal, such as Gold & Platinum.  Our Goldsmiths then file the metals and prepare them for pre-polish so that our master diamond setting team will hand set each diamond to perfection. Once carefully inspected by our (QC) quality control team the product is final polished and ready to be deliver to our clients.

Return Policy
Returns will be accepted within:
14 days from date shipped, full refund
less shipping charges. The 14 Days starts the day your package has been shipped. We do not except returns on rings that has been sized per your request. After 14 Days all sales are final, returned
merchandise must be unworn, undamaged with original tags and packaging intact.
Any item that has been sized, altered or damaged by another jeweler in any way will NOT be accepted for refund.

so we can note you will be returning the item or need work done to an item.
Please Note:
All items must be sent via insured, signature requested delivery. To return merchandise you will need to have an RA Number, which will be provided through eBay contact us email.
Please include a copy of your invoice with a short description of what you would like us to do; signed with the RA# visible on the package. All refunds are processed within 7 business days of package receipt.
If you need to have your ring repaired or sized please be advised that it takes 7-10 business days after we receive the piece to be repaired or sized and shipped back to you. All items sent back for re-sizing will be charged for return shipping though a PayPal invoice. All repair type alteration work requested by the customer will be quoted first and once approved by customer work will be scheduled.
